In the words of Marvin Gaye, what is going on?
We don't know.
It's too historically complex and politically sensitive to go into. Especially on a blog. Yes, even if it is a blog as stupendous as this one ;-)
We do know, however, that the Arab world's recent and revolutionary charge against dictatorship is *pretty* incredible. The 'Tunisia Effect' has not only taken place in Egypt, with 48 hours of GRIPPING activity and unfortunately, up to 100 people dead, but guess what?
The revolt train makes a stop in Sudan's capital of Khartoum, tomorrow.
See, we're all for building wealth and power and stuff, but NEVER at the expense of other people's pain. It was only a matter of time before those at the brunt, stood up to the table.
Anyhow, in light of the madness, let's keep love at the core.
Our prayers, and support, to all those fighting for what's right.
